The “Leading in Complexity” workshop is designed to equip leaders with the knowledge and tools necessary to navigate and thrive in complex and dynamic environments. Drawing on the principles and methodologies of Human System Dynamics (HSD), participants will gain a deep understanding of complex adaptive systems and learn practical strategies for leading effectively within these contexts.

This program guides leaders through the process of embracing innovation and agility. It offers a mix of self-paced modules, live discussions, and personal coaching to adapt business strategies effectively.
To further personalize and continue learning for participants, we also offer coaching services. CGC have a roster of Indigenous and non-Indigenous coaches for participants to choose from.
